Founded on October 25, 2023, The Mail (themail.ng) is a daily news blog that covers entertainment, culture, politics, style, business and fashion in Nigeria. With over 81,000 monthly pageviews and almost 20,000 monthly unique visitors, the site has become an instant success. The Mail regularly donates a percentage of profits to organizations we support, including universities, colleges, churches, mosques and orphanage homes in Southeastern Nigeria, especially Enugu State. Jude Ogbonna, Founder & Editor

In 2020, Jude moved from Lagos to Enugu with love for newspapers and politics, having acquired an English degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka. During his four-year academic programme, he has written and edited for several magazines and blogs, including Aluta Newspaper and Lagos Gazette. In 2019, Jude launched Aluta Express – the flagship of his growing media enterprise – with which he sought nominations of council chairmanship and House of Assembly tickets in 2020 and 2022 respectively.
