“I’ve got my reasons,” Private teacher rapes his 13-year-old candidate

One Mr Femi Onayemi is a funny man, given how he planned and raped a 13-year-old girl he was hired to give private lessons.

The news, first reported by Punch, has it that Femi, a private teacher, defiled the teen at Obada-Oko area in Ogun State.

Sometimes in 2023, parents of the victim hired Femi to provide home lessons to their child. But little did they know that things would turn out to be this bad.

Last week, on June 9, the teacher reportedly scaled fence of the family’s home and gained access to the girl’s room where he raped her silly.

The girl’s parents were horrified at what they saw, having caught the man red-handed while he devoured their precious little child.

Omolola Odutola, the spokesperson for the Ogun State Police Command, has confirmed the incident.

“The parents of the minor approached our division at Obada Oko on June 12, 2024, to report the incident. The suspect was employed in 2023 to help the survivor with her studies at home. However, on June 9, 2024, the suspect was caught committing the crime after he had jumped over the fence of the house. Our men swung into action immediately after the matter was reported,” Odutola said.
