Started weeks ago, the call has pierced through the noises and is now gaining momentum, bolstered by last week conference.
The Arewa Consensus for Jonathan, last week, has lent the voice, holding a conference in Bauchi.
The group’s leader, Munir Musa, argued that return of former President would put the nation’s economy back to its feet.
“The nation is at crossroads, and we believe that Goodluck Jonathan is the right man to steer us out of the current malaise,” Musa said.
This is coming amid the sinking economy, manifesting in all-time high inflation and other macroeconomics indicators. From day one, President Bola Tinubu radical approach has sent the country to tumbling.
