U.S President-elect, Donald Trump, has appointed Susan Wiles to work with him as White House chief of staff from next year.

“Susie is tough, smart, innovative, and is universally admired and respected. Susie will continue to work tirelessly to Make America Great Again,” Trump said in a statement while announcing Wiles.
She is the manager of the President-elect’s victorious campaign, and is widely credited as the force who effectively controlled Trump’s team during the campaign.
With her appointment Susan Wiles is going to be the first woman ever to hold the influential position in America.
“It is a well deserved honour to have Susie as the first-ever female chief of staff in United States history. I have no doubt that she will make our country proud,” Trump continued.
Describing her as “the ice maiden” during his victory speech this week, Trump invited Wiles, 67, on stage perhaps to introduce to the world the powerful woman who preferred working behind the stage.

Who is Susan Wiles, Trump chief of staff?
Notable in her profile with the Politico earlier this year, is that Susan Wiles is one of the most feared political operatives in America.
Although she is little know, the 67-year-old grandmother has been in Republican politics since 1970s.
Less than a year after she joined politics, Susie quickly worked her way up and earned a spot in Ronald Reagan’s campaign ahead of the presidential election in 1980.
In 2010, Susan Wiles managed Rick Scott winning governorship campaign. At that time, Scott who is a businessman, had no experience in politics, yet Susie help him become governor of Florida. Scott is now a U.S senator.
She became the co-chair of Trump’s Florida campaign after meeting him during the Republican presidential primary in 2015. During the general election, she beat Hilary Clinton in Florida.
She also ran Ron DeSantis’ successful campaign in 2018, electing the Republican as as governor of Florida.
Susan Wiles is “the best in the business,” Ron DeSantis would later confess.
Chris LaCivita and she developed the strategy that saw Trump win the Republican primary last year.
Chief of staff is a top position in the White House. Susan Wiles would be like the manager of Trump cabinet, overseeing all daily operations and staff activities.
The role will also extends to advising Trump on policy issues.
