Prince Nwanjoku flags off 9.2km Uhuogiri-Ndeabor Rail road

The chairman of Aninri local government area, Prince Ugochukwu Nwanjoku, has begun construction of 9.2 kilometres road linking Oduma directly to Ndeabor.

In the event, captured in now viral video, saw the presence of traditional rulers and the natives.

Oduma, the largest of the three political zones in the council, had no direct link road to the headquarters apart from the rail road. Previously a bush path to farmlands, the road was widened few years ago, but then was abandoned.

This is the third route Nwanjoku would be opening to make access to Ndeabor easier. The Mail reported that he flagged off Ugwu-Tank link road last week. He has created another virgin path at Ohofia to connect Oduma and Ndeabor.
